Terms of sale

1. The seller

2. The products

Every piece is hand-painted and therefore unique. Photos show the actual piece you will receive, though colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Small irregularities are inherent to handmade work: they are part of the object and are not defects.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No card details pass through or are stored on this site.

4. Shipping

Shipping to mainland France and the European Union only, tracked.

In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days.

Transit times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed.

5. Right of withdrawal

For pieces bought from the shop, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, with no justification needed. The piece must come back in its original condition; return postage is at your expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Custom orders are made to your specifications: under article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Custom orders

The custom order form gives an estimate, not a final price. After your request, I send you a sketch and a quote.

The sale is concluded when you accept the quote and pay the deposit, which is the price of the item (binder or keychain). Nothing is made before the deposit is paid.

The sketch can be changed up to 3 times. Further changes, or changes outside the approved sketch, may be charged extra.

Once the piece is finished, I send you photos to approve. The balance, shipping included, is paid before shipping; nothing ships before that payment.

Estimated time: up to 3 weeks after the deposit, depending on my queue and binder availability. You can give a target date, with no guarantee. The priority option commits to finishing within 2 weeks, not counting shipping.

7. Warranties

You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L217-3 ff. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 ff. of the French Civil Code).

If a parcel arrives damaged, email me with photos within 7 days and we will sort it out.

8. Personal data

The data you provide (name, email, delivery address, and for a custom order your description and reference photos) is used solely to process your order and reply to you. It is handled by Stripe for payment, Supabase (servers in the European Union) for storage, Resend for emails and the carrier for delivery. It is never sold or passed to third parties.

Custom order requests and their photos are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by email.

9. Intellectual property

Pokémon and character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK Inc. This site is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by them.

The pieces offered are original hand-painted works on commercially purchased supports, sold as artwork.

10. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email me first: most things get sorted that way.

If we can’t agree within a year of your written complaint, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net. French law applies.
